Agrivision is passionate about farms, food, and people.

Caring for the environment and people.

This is the “why” of Agrivision. From its beginning, we have always focused on operating in ways that improve the lives of the generations to follow, respecting our farms and our people as gifts that we have been given to steward.

It is why two-thirds of what Agrivsion cares for is certified organic. We continually seek innovative approaches to enhance our stewardship of the land we farm and the crops we pack and sell. It is why our entire farming operation is EFI Certified (Equitable Food Initiative). We want people to thrive in their jobs and know they are respected and valued.

Agrivision is 100% employee owned and operated.

We believe that how we conduct our business impacts people’s lives in remarkable ways. We are given the chance each and every day to inspire people to live this life for a greater purpose.

Agrivision is made up of three divisions.

The Agrivision ecosystem is a family of companies under common ESOP ownership that grows, picks, packs, and sells high-value specialty crops with transparency and operational excellence while maintaining the soul of farming. Together, these divisions represent a complete solution for agricultural investments to realize long-term profitability alongside environmental and people stewardship.
